CPA Terms And Conditions


  • A Registration Fee of €10.00 is applicable for each child and paid upon registering.  


  • There are 10 monthly payments during the year and a 10% surcharge will be added on payments one month late.

  • Fees are due on the 1st of every month and are non-refundable if classes are missed for any reason.

  • One month’s notice in writing or 4 week’s fees in lieu must be given should pupils discontinue their tuition at CPA.

  • In order for your child to be entered in exams, they will be required to achieve a minimum of 90% attendance during the academic year.

  • Discounts are not made for lessons which may be missed due to Public Holidays as the school does not ask for extra fees when there is an additional 5th lesson in any month.

  • Any student is eligible to take examinations but only after the approval of the Director.

  • The examination fees paid by students are transferred to the Examining Boards and are not held at the school. These amounts are pre-paid. The exam fees are not included in the monthly school fees.

  • Jewellery must not be worn in classes. 

  • Pupils must wear the correct uniform for all classes.

  • Pupils must be punctual and attend classes regularly in order to derive maximum benefit from classes.

  • CPA reserves the right to change the class tutor if it is deemed necessary.

  • Pupils/parents must report any pain or injury to the class tutor at the beginning of each class. 

  • Parents must ensure they arrive promptly to collect their child at the end of each class.

  • CPA reserves the right to make changes to any of the Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • CPA cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries during classes.

  • CPA cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of personal possessions on the premises.

  • As part of CPA, pupils may be included in various media coverage’s, such as photographs for newspapers, magazines, our CPA website, television and radio.
